Polyfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) is one of polyfluoroalkyle substance (PFAS) member which used in various industries as a main chemical compound, due to special chemical and physical properties such as high stabilities in strong environmental and biological situations, and degradation needs unacceptable situation high temperature, energy , however, cause of high usages of PFOA is distributed in nature such as air, water, food, farm and so on, however one of anxiety against PFOA is about health problems and shows the cause of most of diseases and organ disability for human and living things, moreover, the activity of essential part of cells which are DNA, RNAs, and epigenetic destroyed and have negative impact in generation of cells, so today we need to find out the level of doses of affection and exposition duration time in laboratory and different in vivo and in vitro experiments which have not any negative impact in environments, human, and organs, in other hand find the way of removing this problem, by replace with other noble chemical mater, or degradation methods, therefore in this point of researches had proposed to collected the in vivo and in vitro experiments to find out the doses and mechanism of PFOA which has negative impact in health problems and had affection in organs, so as this result we decided to arrange the all information form articles to indicated PFOA position in health diseases and medical field from, and also make facilities for researchers to finding and searching of PFOA articles, and also for who want to find contemporary references and know general information about PFOA.
